By creating an account or using the Salareen platform (the "Service") you ("User") agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy (https://www.salareen.com/privacy), the Acceptable Use Policy, and, for institutions, the Data Processing Addendum. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. THE SERVICE Salareen is an AI-assisted online education platform that can deliver live classes, Drive Mode audio lessons, answer questions, generate and grade homework, run assessments, and (with consent) recognize enrolled students.

2. AI DISCLOSURE (no deception) Instruction and grading may be performed by artificial intelligence (including the Theodore teaching agent). The Service discloses AI involvement (in-app badges, /transparency). AI output may be inaccurate; it is an aid, not professional, legal, medical, or accredited advice. A human of record reviews content where required, and you may request human review (human-in-the-loop).

3. ELIGIBILITY, MINORS & SCHOOL USE Children under 13 (US/COPPA) and minors under applicable local law may use the Service ONLY with verifiable parental consent or valid school authorization acting on parents' behalf for educational purposes. Institutions represent they have authority and have obtained any required consents.

4. LAWFUL USE ONLY You may use the Service only in compliance with all applicable laws and the policies of your government, country, state/province, and institution, including education-privacy, child-protection, biometric-privacy, accessibility, anti-discrimination, academic-integrity, and AI laws. Prohibited and region-restricted uses are listed in the Acceptable Use Policy and enforced by the in-product Compliance policy.

5. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY Homework generation/grading and AI-vs-human authorship signals are decision support, not proof. Final academic-integrity decisions rest with a human educator. Do not use the Service to misrepresent authorship.

6. ACCOUNTS, BILLING & MEMBERSHIP You are responsible for credentials and activity on your account. Paid plans (Standard / VIP) renew per the billing terms shown at checkout. Entitlements may be suspended for non-payment or policy violations.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Service and its content are owned by Salareen or its licensors. You retain rights to your own content; you grant Salareen a limited license to process it to provide the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

8. DATA DELETION You may request deletion of your personal data at https://www.salareen.com/data-deletion or by emailing privacy@salareen.com.

9. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY The Service is provided "as is"; warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. CHANGES & TERMINATION We may update these Terms; material changes are notified in-app and may require re-acceptance. We may suspend access for violations.

11. GOVERNING LAW To be set per deployment jurisdiction before release; until then, disputes are handled under the laws applicable to the operator entity listed on salareen.com.
